General Refund Policy

At Sales Burrito, we strive to deliver high-quality content, services, and events that provide value to our customers. Due to the digital and service-based nature of our offerings, all sales are considered final. Refunds will only be granted under specific circumstances outlined in this policy. Please review our terms carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

• Digital Products: Refunds are not available for downloadable content, such as eBooks, templates, or training materials, unless there is a technical issue that prevents access.

• Services and Speaking Engagements: Refunds are available only if a cancellation is made at least 14 days before the scheduled service or event. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable but may qualify for rescheduling at no additional cost.

• Subscription Services: If you have subscribed to ongoing content or coaching, you may cancel at any time, but refunds will only be provided for unused portions of prepaid plans.

Requests for refunds must be made in writing via email to refunds@salesburrito.com within 7 days of purchase or cancellation.

Non-Refundable Items and Exceptions

The following items are non-refundable:

• Digital products that have been downloaded or accessed.

• Services that have been fully delivered or completed.

• Events where the customer fails to attend without prior cancellation.

• Custom coaching or training sessions tailored to your specific needs.

Sales Burrito reserves the right to review and deny refund requests that fall outside of the conditions stated in this policy. We also reserve the right to make case-by-case decisions in exceptional situations.
